The Socialist International Women, SIW, heard of your freedom from house arrest while our Council meeting took place in Paris, France on 12 and 13 November 2010. The joy and pleasure from the good news was shared by all our participants.
We take this opportunity to convey to you our best wishes for a life free of physical and psychological repression, a life without isolation and spared from the hardship of being separated from your family and supporters.
