CSW68 Virtual Parallel Event – 12 March 2024
At the 68th Session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) taking place at the United Nations in New York, from 10 to 22 March 2024, the Socialist International Women (SIW) held a virtual parallel event on Tuesday 12 March 2024. The title of the event was ’The Feminisation of Poverty – A Challenge to Achieve Equality and the 2030 Agenda’. The objective of this parallel event was to bring together prominent female leaders of our socialist family to discuss and provide their opinions on the topic of the event and the main theme of the CSW68.
